About Me!

This is a fitness plan and lifestyle change that is manageable for everyone...believe me. If I can do it, anyone can. The house might be a mess, but I worked out for at least 30 minutes today.

I am a 38 year old wife and mother living in Ohio. I have struggled with my weight for years and have lacked motivation. I have finally gotten my act together and figured out how to lose over 75 pounds in the past year. Once I figured out what worked best for me and my lifestyle, it wasn't all that hard to stick to. I just had to stop making excuses. Here you will find workouts that I do, recipes I love and apps that help me stay on track. Hopefully, you can take away a thing or two from my experiences.
