3 cups of fresh broccoli
1/2 cup garlic hummus
2 Tablespoons of parmesan, grated
A few spritzes of olive oil
Roast your broccoli in a 425 degree oven for about 10 minutes or so. Add the hummus and parmesan and eat. It really couldn't be easier. It is a delicious side dish, snack or lunch.
