I made some homemade
Guilt-Free Hummus today to use to dip veggies in and to spread on wraps for lunch. It is about 15 calories a tablespoon! I made it according to the recipe except that I used 1/4 cup of fat free Greek Yogurt instead of nonfat plain yogurt and I tossed in an extra garlic clove because I am a garlic junky. It is very tasty!
